I got this from another blog and thought it seemed kind of fun to do.
2. Who was with you? I was by myself. Then, I called Lance on the phone. I probably should have waited for him.
3. What was your first reaction? I was shocked. I couldn't believe it. I took another test to be sure.
4. What was your husband's reaction? He was so happy. He left straight from work and came home to be with me.
5. Who was the first person you told? Lance, of course. And then his mom.
6. Were the pregnancies planned? Definitely!
7. Was everyone happy for you? yes
8. What was the sex? Boy
9. Did anyone throw a shower for you? Lance's Aunt threw one and then my sister and sister-in-law
10. Did you get any outfits you wouldn't use? I think just mainly the newborn ones. He was so big that he never fit into them!
11. How much weight did you gain? A lot! I don't think I would want to admit that.
12. Did you get stretch marks? Yeah...they came all at once. They came so fast I couldn't avoid them.
13. Did you crave anything crazy? Not really, but there are things that I wouldn't eat like chicken
14. Who or what got on your nerves the most? I'm not sure
15. Where were you when you went into labor? I never went into labor. I got induced and still never labored
16. Did you have any complications? .Previous to being induced I was going into the hospital to be monitored about everyday for high blood pressure. They finally induced me and I never really labored. I was at a 1 forever. Then, finally I started dilating 1 centimeter every hour until I got to a 5 and then it just stopped. By that point, I had been in the hospital for so long and had been "laboring" for so long that they did a c-section. Well, when they did the c-section, I could feel half of it, which was horrible, so they had to give me medication to knock me out. I saw them pull Jace out and that was the end of it.

17. Did your water break? No, they broke it for me
18. Who drove you to the hospital? Lance
19. Did you go early or late? pretty much on time, I think I would have stayed pregnant forever had they not started labor for me.
20. Who was in the room?Lance, Dr. Rappleye, anesthesiologist, and lots of nurses
21. Did you video tape it? no
22. Did you have any pain medication? I did get the epidural. I didn't need it when they gave it to me, but I was afraid if I sent them away, they'd never come back. The epidural didn't work like it was supposed to though because I could feel it in the end
23. Did you have a c-section or natural? C-section. I didn't want it that way, but after so long, I finally agreed to it because I knew it would be better for Jace. I'm a little afraid for my next birth experience.

24. What was your reaction to the birth? I wasn't really awake for the birth. I was knocked out by the medication they gave me
25. How big was the baby? 9 lbs 10 oz...yeah, he was a biggie!
26. Did your husband cry? I think so. I wasn't awake for his reaction
27. When is the next one coming? Maybe in a year...I'm enjoying having just Jace to think about having another one right now
28. If you could would you do it all over again? Of course. It was one of the greatest moments of my life!

holy cow....Dr. Rappleye delivered Aleksia. He's been my family's doc for a long time. He delivered both my little brother and little sister. and my grandma and aunts have all gone to him. thats so crazy you went to him too!
did you like him? I loved loved him!
Yeah, I really do like him. Yeah, my mother-in-law goes to him and Lance's grandma and aunts. I just found out that someone I work with goes to him too, so I guess he's pretty popular.
